PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find and introduce a connection party in a collaboration of peer-to-peer type, to appropriately deliver a document and a conference log, to appropriately share an application. SOLUTION: A collaboration system describes URL of a conference organizer peer machine 10-1 allowing a person to automatically attend a conference by one click on an electronic mail, and transmits it to a plurality of conference attendant peer machines 10-2 and 10-3. The system retrieves a conference attendant peer at the shortest time position by a communication test from the conference organizer peer machine 10-1, and delivers data. After the delivery, the system informs the remaining conference attendant peers of a fact that the conference attendant peer machine having delivered data is a mirror of itself, retrieves the conference attendant peer machine at the shortest time position by a communication test from the conference organizer peer and the mirror, and delivers data. These processes are repeated until completion of the delivery.
