PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, a user needs additionally an information device such as a personal computer because the user cannot use a public phone to store data of a mobile phone and to restore the stored data to the mobile phone, a conventional system. SOLUTION: The multifunctional public phone system of this invention includes; an identification card read means;, a mobile terminal connection means for exchanging data with a mobile phone; and an operation input means for authenticating a user, acquiring a list of stored address information from an information management center device, authenticating a terminal, storing data of the mobile phone to the information management center device on the basis of the address information list and restoring the stored data to the mobile phone or the like, and the information management center is provided with an address information storage means for storing address information or the like.
