PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink wherein coupling between fins is improved and the efficiency is high while preventing bending of a base, and coming-out of the fins is not generated, by using a bending stress of the base when fins are forcibly inserted at the same time into the base, avoiding the bending stress which is generated in the case of insertion by coupling parts of plural fins, and turning the stress into mutual coupling between mutual fins. SOLUTION: The heat sink is constituted of a base surface on which heating elements are fixed, and a plurality of fins for dissipating heat from the base surface, and is assembled by forcibly inserting the fins into the base. An uneven part for coupling mutually the fins is formed in the fins, which are mutually coupled by using the coupling parts and forcibly inserted into the base. As a result, the bending stress which is generated when the fins are forcibly inserted into the base is turned into a tensile force between mutual fins in the coupling parts, thus increasing the coupling force between mutual fins and the coupling force between the fins and the base.
