PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful method for manufacturing, by a powder method, a Nb3 Sn superconductive wire capable of materializing high current density even in a high external magnetic field and a NMR magnet for an ultra high magnetic field of 950 MHz or more. SOLUTION: Mixed powder composed of powder mainly comprising Nb3 Sn, (2) Sn powder, and (3) Cu powder is filled in a pipe made of Nb or an alloy of a Nb group. After applying a wire drawing process to it, a group of wires is formed by bundling the plural wires, and a complex is formed by disposing a diffused barrier layer and stabilized copper on the surface of the group of wires. After extruding or drawing the complex, heat treatment is applied to it.
