PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a network electronic conference system or the like and to allow many participants to easily participate in the processing of electronic information contents without substituting a projector or the like for an information processor. SOLUTION: The system is provided with one or more information processors 1 having an input operation function and capable of processing optional information, an information provision management means 10 for processing information transferred at least from one of the processors 1 and providing the contents of electronic information including display information and a communication means 4 for connecting the means 10 to each of the processors 1 and constituted so as to remotely control the means 10 by using the input operation function of each processor 1. The means 10 can be remotely controlled exclusively or cooperatively on the basis of operation instructions from each of the processors 1 carried in each conference room, classroom or the like.
