PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information creating device that can display still pictures of a plurality of display devices on the same screen. SOLUTION: The information creating method of this invention includes a step of recording moving picture/audio information obtained from a moving picture/audio input device, a step of recording still picture information displayed on a plurality of display devices connected to a network, and a step of creating a reproduction management list for the still picture information associated with the moving picture/ audio information in the case of recording the still picture information. The moving picture/audio information and the still picture information used for a presentation or the like can be managed in the same breath. Since a user can grasp at what time, from which display device and under which file name the still picture information is displayed in time series according to the reproduction management list, even when contents expressed by an HTML form are displayed, display patterns to be reproduced on the same screen can simply be selected resulting that all still picture information items are inserted to split screens without missing and the resulting items can be displayed. A problem of reproducing only particular still picture information can be avoided and a state close to an actual conference can be reproduced.
