A device for simulating a rod-shaped virtual surgical instrument, especially for simulating an endoscopic instrument, consisting of a fixed frame and provided with an operating handle for said instrument, at least one drive block for feedback purposes and a virtual trepan. The operating handle is connected to the frame via the virtual trepan and the drive block (4). The operating handle is connected to a cylindrical element (1) which has at least two grooves (15, 25, 35, 45, 55, 65) in which the drive blocks (4) are engaged, enabling a fixed allocation of position to be established in a longitudinal direction and in a rotational direction to said drive block (4). |
