The invention relates to a blasting method and device for cleaning surfaces, in which an additional blasting medium from a pressurised source is fed into a stream of blasting medium, which carries an abrasive blasting agent, with the aid of an adapter (16). The invention is characterised in that said feeding of additional blasting agent takes place directly upstream of a blasting nozzle (18), which has a narrowing (62) and that both the pressure and volumetric output for the blasting media are matched with one another in such a way, that the blasting medium achieves at least approximately the speed of sound at the narrowing (62) of the blasting nozzle (18). |
