The unreeling system for fence wire or netting comprises a plate (2) bolted to a rail (1) on the tractor. A mounting bolt (4) fits into a shaft (5), around which the fencing material is wound. A sloping pin (8) through a bore in the plate allows its inclination to be adjusted so that the shaft is upright.
