PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for lamination exhibiting excellent adhesive properties even under high humidity conditions and capable of gluing a highly hygroscopic and highly moisture-permeable film, and to provide a method for manufacturing a laminate film. SOLUTION: The adhesive for lamination comprises (A) a polyurethane resin bearing at least an active hydrogen group, (B) a polyisocyanate hardening agent and (C) a water-removing agent, where the component (C) contains a silicic ester which is hydrolyzed by water to regenerate a polyol.
