PURPOSE: A toilet roll rack for preventing over-unwinding of the toilet roll is provided to prevent that the toilet roll is winded off too much in use. CONSTITUTION: The toilet roll rack comprises a frame for holing a toilet roll and a pressing piece(20) for controlling unwinding of toilet roll. The pressing piece is provided in a side of the frame. The frame consists of a fixing portion for fixing the frame and a supporting rod(12) for racking the toilet roll wherein, in the middle of the supporting rod, a hollow guide piece is protruded from the supporting rod. The pressing piece(20) comprises a pressing surface to be contacted with a inner surface of the inserted toilet roll, a connection for a spring, a coil spring of which an end is connected with the connection, wherein the connection is provided in an opposite side of the pressing surface. The connection and the coil spring are inserted into the hollow guide piece so that the pressing piece(20) is elastically expanded along the guide piece.
