PURPOSE: A method for measuring production progress and a production cost is provided to improve a transparency of a company by connecting items and measuring an input and an output of the product. CONSTITUTION: A production measuring tool measures a production progress and a production cost simultaneously by a connection of a combination variable in a production process. Items are produced through many production progresses. A production progress is measured by the number of producing stages according to items in a measuring time zone, and a production cost is measured according to items. A product and a progress are planed together from an input of raw materials to a completion of a product according to items. As an automation producing form, a production progress is measured by a producing speed according to items in a measuring time zone, and a production cost is measured according to items.
