PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toners which can prevent drop-out and splashing during transfer in a transfer process of a tandem system of a short distance from a first primary transfer position to a second primary transfer position and a high speed, can prevent filming of a photoreceptor and a transfer medium even in long-term use under high humidity and can prevent an offset characteristic while maintaining high OHP translucency in spite of not coating with oil. SOLUTION: The toners which contain particles of a grain size 2×10<-6> to 5×10<-6> m at 5 to 50 number% and are added with a fixing assistant containing wax of 5 to 40% in the compressibility calculated from a static bulk density and dynamic bulk density, <=25 in iodine value and 30 to 300 in saponification value at 1 to 12 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. binder resin of 1 to 70 mgKOH/g in acid value are used.
