摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conductive foamed rubber roller having fine cells, strong in the adhesion of a foamed rubber and a shaft and reduced in the irregularity of electric resistance. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the conductive foamed rubber roller by charging an unvulcanized rubber composition containing a raw material rubber and a conductive material in a split mold to vulcanize and foam the same, the shaft precoated with a thermally curable conductive adhesive and dried is arranged in the split mold. In this case, the charged amount of the rubber composition is set to 95-105% of the cavity volume of the split mold, the opening speed of the mold is 0.5 cm/s or higher, vulcanization pressure is set to 9.8&times;10<5> -9.8&times;10<6> Pa and a vulcanization/foaming time is not less than the time before a torque value of a curastometer reaches 39.2 N/cm at a vulcanization temperature of 150-190 deg.C.
