SLOPE DEVICE FOR SIDE ENTRANCE/EXIT OF ROLLING STOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive slope device for a side entrance/exit which can be automatically and rapidly developed and stored with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The slope device is installed on the side entrance/exit of a rolling stock to form a slope between the entrance/exit and a platform 18. A slope panel 14 is turnably provided around a lower end part 15 of the entrance/exit. A tip part of a rod 16a of a drive cylinder 16 is connected to a slope panel 14 via a pin joint 17. The slope panel 14 is collapsed outward of the rolling stock body by the expansion/contraction of the rod 16a of the drive cylinder 16 to form a slope between the entrance/exit and the platform 18, or to be stored in a substantially vertical condition.
