PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and stably assemble an accelerator cable to a bracket of a carburetor by simple procedures to hold it. SOLUTION: By fitting and fixing a mounting member 31 made of a metallic plate in the bracket 21, fitting a holding fitting 11 fixed to an outer tube 8 of the accelerator cable 6 into a recessed part 22 of the bracket 21, and fitting and tightening nuts 16, 17 of the holding fitting 11 into spaces 23, 25 across the mounting member 31, the holding fitting 11 is fixed to the mounting member 31 to hold the accelerator cable 6 on the bracket 21. Assembly procedures can be simplified by fitting the holding fitting 11 while two nuts 16, 17 are screw-fitted, and the holding fitting 11 is stably fixed by nipping and tightening the mounting member 31 by the nuts 16, 17.
