PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent channel connection mechanism for easily exchanging containers by mechanically connecting the channel between a container and an analysis apparatus. SOLUTION: The channel connection mechanism for connecting a liquid feed line that is continuous from the opening section of a container to the inside of the container to the liquid feed line at the side of the analysis apparatus comprises a guide mechanism that is mounted for rotating with a support member as a base axis, and a nozzle that is mounted to the guide mechanism. A channel is formed inside the nozzle. One end of the channel can be connected to the liquid feed line at the side of the container, and the other end can be connected to the liquid feed line at the side of the analysis apparatus. The guide mechanism guides the nozzle into the opening section of the container with the support member as a base axis.
