METHOD FOR MOLDING CRYSTALLINE RESIN AND MOLDED PRODUCT OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a crystalline resin, by which physical properties such as rigidity and heat resistance can be upgraded and deformations such as warpage and inverted blister can be prevented from occurring. SOLUTION: This method for molding a crystalline resin comprises the step of raising the temperature of a mold 1 upto the melting point±5 deg.C of the crystalline resin while a primary molded product 50A obtained by injecting the resin into the mold 1 is retained inside the mold 1, the step of to retain the primary molded product 50A until it is recrystallized inside the mold 1 obtaining a secondary molded product and the step of unloading the secondary molded product 50B by lowering the temperature of the mold 1 while the mold 1 is pressurized. Thus it is possible to realize the crystallization of the formed product close to a maximum degree of crystallinity. Consequently, the molding point of the molded product 50B is higher than that of the molded product 50A and thereby, the rigidity, heat resistance and the like are upgraded and the physical properties are improved.
