PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a temperature detector from being damaged by a foreign matter such as waste yarn in a structure having the temperature detector installed in a roller body rotating while generating heat. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped groove is formed in the outer periphery of the roller body 1 rotating while generating the heat along the circumferential direction of the roller body 1, so as to open toward the outside from the outer periphery. The temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the roller body is inserted into the groove, and attached to the roller body so as to form a stationary state against the roller body. A foreign matter-blocking member for blocking the passage of the foreign matter in the groove is attached to the groove at this side of the position in which the temperature detector is installed based on the rotating direction of the roller body so as to form the stationary state against the roller body. As a result, even if the foreign matter intrudes into the groove, the foreign matter is blocked by the foreign matter- blocking member, and the collision with the temperature detector is evaded.
