PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic phosphate ester capable of imparting an excellent weather resistance to a chlorine-containing resin without using bisphenol A which is an endocrine disturbance substance, and also having a suppressed plate-out property. SOLUTION: This organic phosphate ester is 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone or a specific organic phosphate ester expressed by formula (1) [wherein, (n) is 1-10 positive number; and R is phenyl which may be substituted with a lower alkyl].
