PURPOSE: A preparation method of solid fuel using garbage is provided to recycle waste garbage as useful sources. CONSTITUTION: The method includes a pretreatment step including storing, crushing, dewatering and screening of garbage; a crushing step of the pretreated garbage; a dehydration step of the crushed garbage using a polymer coagulant selected from polyaluminum chloride (PAC), polyaluminum silicate sulfate (PASS), polyaluminum chloride silicate hydroxide (PACS), and polyamine; a mixing step of the dehydrated garbage together with coal powder and chemical additive followed by primary extrusion molding; a primary drying step of the extrude molded matter followed by secondary extrusion molding; a secondary drying step of the final extrude molded matter; and chemical treatment by spraying coating of polymer resin on the dried final product for enhancing the plasticity and water repellent.
