PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting and preventing laser wiretapping is provided to capture signals of laser wiretapping in unmanned, and to disturb and interrupt laser signals when reflected by a glass window, so as to prevent damage due to the laser wiretapping. CONSTITUTION: A laser signal receiving circuit(100) receives only laser signals. An AGC(Automatic Generation Control)(200) controls an average gain of the received laser signals. A signal amplifying circuit(300) amplifies the signals outputted through the AGC(200). A detecting circuit(400) converts the signals amplified through the signal amplifying circuit(300) into direct current components. A comparing and outputting circuit(500) outputs voltage outputted through the detecting circuit(400) only when the voltage is over reference voltage. A buffering circuit(600) corrects a value of the signals outputted through the comparing and outputting circuit(500) correctly. A signal delay and display circuit(700) operates a buzzer and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) to display an output time delay and an operation by signals outputted through the buffering circuit(600). An IR(Infra Red) signal oscillating circuit(800) receives power through the signal delay and display circuit(700) to irradiate IR by a reference frequency. And an IR irradiating circuit(900) operates IR by an oscillating frequency outputted through the IR signal oscillating circuit(800).
