PURPOSE: A system for electrically and optically analyzing a liquid crystal cell and a method thereof are provided to analyze the movement of liquid crystal molecules according to the voltage applied to a liquid crystal cell in various modes and analyze the electro-optical characteristics of the liquid crystal cell. CONSTITUTION: A system for electrically and optically analyzing a liquid crystal cell includes a mask input and structure generating module(300) for generating various structures of various liquid crystal cells, an analyzing module(400) for analyzing behaviors of molecules of the various liquid crystal cells, a module(500) for analyzing electro-optical transmission characteristics of liquid crystal after analyzing the alignment states of the various liquid crystal cells, and a color reproducibility analyzing module(600).
