PURPOSE: A device for changing course of strip is provided to connect processes having different proceeding course of the strip by changing proceeding course of the strip. CONSTITUTION: In a device which is installed at a position where strip proceeding course of the front process and strip proceeding course of the rear process cross each other in a certain angle, and which changes course of strip so that the strip is continuously proceeded, the device(1) for changing course of strip (S) comprises a base(11) which is roughly formed in a conical shape and fixed to facility frame; and guiding rolls(14) which are arranged on the surface of forming a hypotenuse of the base(11) in a direction of the hypotenuse, and a plurality of which are idly mounted along the circumferential direction of the base(11) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance, wherein the base(11) comprises a stepped projection(12) that is formed on a hypotenuse of a part where incoming strip and outgoing strip cross each other, the guiding rolls(14) are formed of a rubber material, and the guiding rolls(14) are installed so that a conical shaped guiding surface formed to guide strip (S) forms an apex having the angle range of 60 to 85 degrees.
