PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for informing exchange of a squeegee for accelerating the exchange of the squeegee by informing that the squeegee has been used for specified times to an operator, etc., in order to attempt appropriate maintenance and control of the squeegee. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for informing the exchange of the squeegee is mainly constituted of a squeegee exchange alarming board 2 and an optical sensor 3. The optical sensor 3 detects existence of a work W delivered to a carrying conveyor 210 after printing is finished by a printing agent filling apparatus 101, and transmits a detecting signal to the squeegee exchange alarming board 2. In the squeegee exchange alarming board 2, the detecting signals of the optical sensor 3 are accumulated and counted by means of an electronic counter 4. As the times of uses of the squeegee can be known from the number of the printed works W, when the accumulated counted value reaches a preset value set in advance, the electronic counter 4 rings an alarm buzzer 6 to inform necessity of the exchange of the squeegee to the operator, etc. |
