PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently absorb a vibration applied to a rotation shaft and a load to a bending direction at the time of strong wind even if the rotation shaft is made relatively thin and light-weighed in order to enhance a rotation force at the time of slight wind and to almost always realize power generation by appropriately coping with conditions such as windlessness, slight wind, strong wind and so on. SOLUTION: A rotary dome provided with a plurality of blades is rotatably provided on a dome support having a relatively large diameter through a thrust roller and a radial roller and is fitted to the dome support such that 40% or more of height in a height direction from the bottom is retained. A rotation shaft of the rotary dome is penetrated through the dome support and is appropriately supported by a bearing to obtain a wind power generation output by a rotation of this rotation shaft. A sun light power generation module is provided on an upper surface of the rotary dome and an output of this sun light power generation module and the wind power generation output are collected to obtain an electric power. |
