PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute the work while considering the ability of each worker when plural kinds of works are performed by plural workers. SOLUTION: This work distributing method for performing plural kinds of works by plural workers, includes a step for calculating the work weight representing the difficulty in each work on the basis of the past work processing power of plural workers, a step for calculating the leveled processing power to each work by each worker on the basis of the work weight and the work processing power data of each worker, and a step for distributing one or plural processed works to each worker on the basis of the leveled processing power. The ability of each worker to each work can be compared on the basis of the same standard by calculating the leveled processing power. Thus, the processed work can be properly distributed to each worker.
