SOLUTION: This system for surveying a hydrate layer H existing in an inside of a submarine ground G is constituted of a surveying ships 10A, 10B having transceivers 11a, 11b for transmitting a surveying signal from a marine face side toward a submarine direction and for receiving the surveying signal reflected from the submarine direction, and own position recognizers 12a, 12b for recognizing a position of the own ships by a signal from an artificial satellite S. |
