PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt type fixing device preventing temperature fall at the time of starting the rotation of a fixing belt by sufficiently raising the temperature of a fixing roller without depending on an auxiliary heater, and to provide an image forming device having the fixing device. SOLUTION: This fixing device 1 has the fixing belt 2, a heating roller 3 and a fixing roller 4 on which the belt 2 is wound round, a pressure roller arranged to be opposed to the roller 4 through the belt 2, and heat transmitting structure 58 for raising the temperature of the roller 4 by transmitting the heat of the roller 3 to the roller 4, and also the image forming device equipped with the fixing device is provided.
