PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic open/close valve having a small installation space. SOLUTION: A valve part 2 and a drive part 3 are connected and a valve rod 17 is inserted therein, and cum plate 22 whereon a step is formed is fixed coaxially with the valve rod 17. A handle to which pins 24, 24 are fixed is held on the drive part 3 and the valve rod 17 is inserted into the handle 23. An engaging member 25 is fixed on a tip part of the valve rod 17. When the handle 23 is rotated and lifted by the step of the cum plate 22, the valve rod 17 is integrally lifted engaging with the engaging member 25.
