PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition having a novel fragrance of a floral note, above all a novel rose-like fragrance which keeps up with the consumer's taste of the day. SOLUTION: The perfume composition having a novel fragrance of a floral note, above all a novel rose-like fragrance contains at least one kind of the compounds to be represented by formula (1) (wherein R<1> is an ethyl group or an isopropyl group).
