PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable resin composition having excellent followingness to a cavity shape of a master block such as a stamper complementary to the fine uneven pattern of an optical component, capable of being precisely formed, having excellent shape-retaining properties after the forming, hardly causing deformation in a process after being taken out from the master block, and, as a result, capable of reproducing the desired fine uneven pattern in good accuracy, and further to provide the optical component having excellent optical properties by forming the fine uneven pattern having an optical function in good accuracy by utilizing the characteristics of the photocurable resin composition. SOLUTION: This photocurable resin composition contains (A) a binder resin having a photopolymerizable functional group, and (B) inorganic particles capable of being dispersed in a diluent solvent for preparing a coating liquid so as to form a colloidal state, and having submicron particle diameters as essential components, and is used for forming the fine uneven pattern of the optical component.
