<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of ascon for paving roads or building floors by using waste molding sands and waste aggregates. Accordingly, the method recycles wastes, reduces environmental pollution and helps to solve landfill problems. CONSTITUTION: The production method of ascon comprises the steps of: (S100) separating waste molding sands and waste concretes according to their kinds; (S110) grinding to an effective size and removing impurities; screening to separate waste molding sands and concretes; (S120) mixing waste molding sands with sands in a weight ratio of 70:30 for waste molding aggregates(10-15mm); screening the ground waste concretes to obtain waste pebbles(13-45mm) and fine stone powders; (S130) feeding molding aggregates, pebbles and stone powder to each hopper; pouring molding aggregates, pebbles and stone powder in a weight ratio of 30:50:20 into a mixer; (S150) adding coal tar(>=150deg.C), and mixing; and (S160) heating a mixture over 140deg.C.</p> |
