PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a measuring error by regression analysis and to reduce an analytical error by the regression analysis, so as to conduct precise measurement, in distance measurement for a low altitude orbit circulation-moving satellite. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a measuring means for measuring periodically a distance up to the atrificial satellite based on a time difference between transmission and reception of a range finding signal, a resgression analysis means for conducting the regression analysis about the measured distance in a prescribed analysis time, and an analysis time changing means for changing the analysis time in response to an acceleration of the distance up to the atrificial satellite.
