PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for installation of a cooking instrument wherein any cooking instrument other than exclusive cooking instrument can be installed without the exchange of the counter even in a kitchen installation mounted by inserting a support frame including a stove installation piece having a step along an inner periphery thereof so as for a strive of a cooking instrument to be substantially flush with the counter, and throwing down the cooking instrument into that portion. SOLUTION: In an installation plate for cooking instrument where the installation plate for cooking instrument is assembled into a support frame installed in order to make a strive of the cooking instrument substantially flush with a counter surface, an opening is provided at the center of the plate for installing a cooking instrument, and a reinforcing member is provided having its height from an upper surface of a stove installation piece of a stepped portion of the existing support frame up to a lower surface of the plate. Hereby, even in a kitchen installation requiring an exclusive cooking instrument in prior art, a general cooking instrument can be installed without the exchange of the counter. |
