PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is tough regardless of a single layer and has stretchability and flexibility and is excellent in moldability and processability, weather resistance, chemical resistance, stain resistance and stain-removing property, a resin composition which is suitable for preparation of the sheet and excellent in pigment-dispersing property and to provide a method for producing the sheet. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a vinyl-based polymer having a functional group capable of reacting with isocyanate group and having at least one kind of a structure selected from polyether, polyester, polycarbonate and polybutadiene on the side chain, (B) a polymer having an alkoxysilyl group and (C) a polyisocyanate compound having two or more isocyanate groups. This sheet is composed of a cured product of the resin composition. This method for producing the sheet comprises applying the resin composition onto a release sheet and curing the resin composition. |
