PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which is adequate and fit for an automobile powered by electricity as a power source, makes effective use of a parking space and an entrance space as a unitary space, and facilitates movement therein even for physically handicapped persons. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the building, the parking space 2 is serially arranged next to an entrance earthen floor (entrance space) 1 arranged in a room, and an entrance 21 of the parking space 2 is equipped with a folding door 211. The peripheral edge of the folding door has mohair attached thereto, which imparts high air-tightness to the parking space.
