PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be economically advantageous since there is no need to laminate a gas-barrier film separately and to be advantageous in terms of work properties during bag making/packing and handling, since the total thickness of an oxygen absorbing multi-layer film can be decreased, and the film is excellent in flexibility. SOLUTION: A gas-barrier epoxy resin composition containing at least 30 wt.% of a xylylenediamine unit (N-CH2-C6H4-CH2-N) as an adhesive layer is used in an oxygen absorbing multi-layer film composed of an outer layer of a thermoplastic resin, the adhesive layer, an oxygen absorbing layer in which an iron oxygen absorbent is incorporated in a thermoplastic resin, and a sealant layer of an oxygen-permeable thermoplastic resin.
