PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of seal performance, by placing a liquid packing, with which between a fitting part and a cylinder part is charged, spread to corners in the vicinity of a root part in a flange part. SOLUTION: A cylinder unit 20 consisting of CFRP, a fitting part 23 integrally provided in the end part of an output side yoke 21 to serration connect an internal peripheral surface in an end part of the cylinder unit to an external peripheral surface, and a flange part 27 integrally formed in the prescribed external periphery of this fitting part, are provided. An external peripheral surface 25 of the fitting part is formed in tapered shape so as to be diametrically spread from an end part side inserting the cylinder unit to a direction of the flange part. In this way, in the case of inserting the end part of the cylinder unit in the fitting part, a liquid packing 28, with which between the external peripheral surface of this fitting part and the end part internal peripheral surface of the cylinder unit is charged, is placed so as to be sufficiently spread to a corner part in the vicinity of a root part 27a of the flange part. |
