PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding plastics capable of inexpensively manufacturing a plastic product and capable of easily detaching the molded plastic product, and a molding method using the mold. SOLUTION: In the mold for injecting molten plastics to mold the same into a predetermined shape, a non-adhesive plastic sheet is held between a pair of molds to be thermoformed. A sheetlike mold of which the inner surface is formed into a prescribed shape and a sheet fixing fixture for supporting the outer surface of the sheetlike mold to fix the same and preventing the deformation of the sheetlike mold are provided and the molten plastics is injected in the cavity formed by the inner surface of the sheetlike mold to be molded.
