PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant paper cup usable for microwave oven in which it can be molded into a paper cup by a normal paper cup molding machine, no phenomena such as bubble forming or resolution and the like even if heating and cooking are carried out in a microwave range or oven. SOLUTION: In the paper cup usable for a microwave oven, a laminated member having paper as a base material layer and the inner-most layer is a heat-seal resin layer composed of polyester compound or a laminated member having paper as a base material layer, and both the inner-most layer and the outer-most layer are of a heat-seal resin layer composed of polyester compound. The laminated member can be provided with a barrier layer between the base material layer and the inner-most layer. In addition, polyester compound is denatured polyethylenetelephthalate and copolymer substances or polyester compound is composed of denatured polyetylenetelephthalate and etylene polymer.
