<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve positioning accuracy of a sealed letter manufacturing device when inserting a sheet, which carries sealing materials, seals and cuts the sheet to make a sealed letter thereby improving a finished quality of the letter. SOLUTION: The sealed letter manufacturing device has welding means 822A and 822B for welding sealing materials H1 and H2 containing a sheet S for sealing, a sealing material feed means for feeding the sealing materials H1 and H2 to the welding means 822A and 822B, an inlet carrying means for extending the two sealing materials fed to an upstream in the direction of carrying the sealing materials of the welding means in a V-shaped wedge to form a junction and enable a leading end of the sheet S received between the sealing materials to be brought against the function, and a sheet trailing end pressurizing member 815 for pressurizing a trailing end of the sheet S carried by the inlet carrying means for bringing the leading end of the sheet S against the junction.</p> |
