PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a buckle or a tongue reliably and position the buckle and the tongue in positions for easy insertion, without a separate part and a separate structure. SOLUTION: A mounting structure is for a seat belt 4 mounted on a rear seat 1 in which a rear portion of a seat cushion 2 is turnably mounted on a lower portion of a seat back 3 via a stay 8, an upper and a lower end of a front leg 9 are turnably mounted on a front lower portion of the seat cushion 2 and an upper rail 6 respectively, an extension portion 10 at a lower end of the seat back 3 is turnably mounted on the upper rail 6, and the seat cushion 2 is slid forward and downward when the seat back 3 is folded forward. The buckle 17 is set at one end of webbing 16, and an anchor plate 15 is set at the other end. The anchor plate 15 is mounted on the upper rail 6. The webbing 16 is passed in a space part S enclosed by the seat back 3, the seat cushion 2 and the stay 8. The buckle 17 is positioned on an upper surface of the seat cushion 2.
