SOLUTION: In a plurality of detector modules provided with a wiring board 2 formed with an electrode pattern 3 having a plurality of electrode parts parallel each other to both main faces, the plural detecting elements 4 connected electrically respectively to the electrode parts formed on one of the main faces, provided in parallel each other, and of which the electric characteristic is changed by a radiation, and at least one reinforcement member(s) 5, 6 provided on the wiring board to be extended along a direction across the plural electrode parts, the detecting element arranged another detector module 1 is layered to be connected electrically to the electrode part on the other main face of the wiring board, in parallel each other.
