PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a fluid control valve capable of adjusting a regulating pressure onto a valve mechanism body. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve 10 is equipped with a body 11, a valve mechanism body 20 having diaphragm parts 30, 40, and a pressure regulating means 70 including a cylinder part 71 having outside screw threads 73 carved on its outer peripheral surface, a pressing member 75 to press the diaphragm parts, an energizing member 80 to energize the pressing member toward the diaphragm parts, and a lid member 90 having inside screw threads 92 threadedly engaged with the outside screw threads on its inner peripheral surface while pressing down the energizing member at the opposite side of the pressing member, and is moved by rotating the lid member. Therefore, the energizing force of the energizing member is changed to adjust the regulating pressure onto the diaphragm parts.
