PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure capable of fixing a panel radiator body easily with a simplified structure. SOLUTION: There are provided a panel radiator body 1, a stopper tool 2 with a longitudinal cross section substantially configured into a crank provided at an upper portion of the back 1A of the body 1, and a support tool 3 mounted on a wall W in a room for engaging with the stopper tool 2. The support tool 3 has at an upper portion thereof a slope 3A3 inclined upwardly slantingly. Further, a bent portion 3A bent substantially into an L shape on the tip end of the slope 3A3, and a holding tool 4 is provided on the slope 3A3 for forming a holding space 5 for holding the stopper tool 2 between it and the foregoing bent section 3A.
