PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus having a simple structure for rapidly exactly discharging a content in a pack capable of conducting a series of operations from opening the pack and opening the bag to discharge the content without deteriorating the working environment and quality of the content and further capable of being easily automatized. SOLUTION: The pack 1 housing the bag 3 having the sealed content 2 in a box 4 is placed on a horizontal supporting table 5 and the upper portions of the box 4 and the bag 3 are approximately horizontally cut. After the cut upper pieces 4a and 3a of the box 4 and the bag 3 are removed, the cut opening is turned downward by rotating the remaining portion of the pack 1 to discharge the content 2 to a hopper 80 and the like.
