PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear pillar reinforcing structure which can firmly couple an inner panel with an outer panel, and further increase the rigidity of a rear pillar. SOLUTION: In a vehicle in which a hinge fitting part is provided on the rear pillar 14, and a tail gate is fitted to a rear part of a body by a hinge fitted to the fitting part in an opening/closing manner, the rear pillar 14 is formed in a closed section structure comprising the inner panel 35 and the outer panel 51, and a first reinforcing member 38 to entirely reinforce the rear pillar 14 is fixed to both the outer panel 51 and the inner panel 35.
