PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately let in or release a steering clutch with fine precision in response to steering operations of front wheels. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left steering front wheels 5 and 5 and a pair of right and left driving rear wheels 6 and 6 are provided, and a steering clutch 20 for particularly intermitting the transmission to each driving rear wheel 6 is provided inside a rear axle case 13 by which the driving rear wheels 6, 6 are supported on a machine frame. Right and left interlocking rods 38 and 38 which interlock a swinging member PA interlocked with a steering handle SH for steering the front wheels 5, 5 and an operation lever 37 of the steering clutch 20, are provided at a lower position of a machine frame to release the clutch to the driving rear wheel 6 in a turning inner side out of the right and left steering clutches 20 based on steering operations of a set angle or more from a rectilinear posture of the front wheel 5. An operation axis 36 of the operation lever 37 projecting downwards is supported by a rear axle case 13.
