PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect a position of an injection member enabling reduction in size. SOLUTION: An injection unit comprises an injection frame, a cylinder member, the injection member, a rotary sliding member 68 integrally attached to the injection member, a first drive section for rotating the member 68 in a metering step, a second drive section for axially moving the member 68 in an injecting step, a moving member 101 restricted in a rotation to the frame, rotatably supported to the member 68 and axially moved when the member 68 is moved in an axial direction, and a position detector 111 disposed on at least one of the frame and the member 101.
